Yes, we will require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of the clean.

Yes, we provide free instant online quotes, or alternatively can provide quotes by email and by phone. These are provided as ‘blind’ quotes or estimates.
As standard, we provide free ‘blind’ quotes. This is because it helps to keep the costs of our cleaning service down and helps to significantly reduce our carbon footprint.
We have an intelligent system to calculate the cost of a wide variety of cleans, however, all estimates and quotes are provided as ‘blind’ (unless a site visit has been arranged). The price of the clean is accurate if the information supplied is accurate. For example, if a clean is a misrepresentated as an end of tenancy clean when it requires a longer, specialist deep clean this will mean the price provided will be inaccurate. Our team on the day can assess the clean and discuss the service pricing.

Yes, Tulip Cleaning provide the service over the weekend without any additional charges.
Tulip Cleaning can collect the keys from Estate Agents and return them back on service completion, If for any reason you can not come to give access to cleaners on the day.
Tulip Cleaning provides the 50 % discount on deep carpet cleaning, when booked with End Of Tenancy Cleaning.
In a very unlikely event, If there will be any oversight or issues a raised by your landline or estate agents, we take the full responsibility to send the cleaners back to rectify those issues free of charge and to make sure you get your deposit back. Our job is only finished when our customer is completely satisfied.
